Partyrock Travel Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of travel packages offered by Partyrock Travel (“we,” “us,” “our”) which include hotel accommodations and event tickets (“the Package”).

1.2. By purchasing a Package, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Package Inclusions

2.1. Each Package includes hotel accommodations and tickets to a specific event (e.g., sports event, music festival).

2.2. The Package is for the event as a whole and not for any specific performance, match, fight, or appearance by a particular athlete, artist, or performer.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations

3.1. We purchase event tickets based on the information provided by the event organizers. Events are subject to change without notice.

3.2. If a specific athlete, artist, or performer withdraws or the lineup changes, this does not constitute a significant change to the Package. The event itself is the primary focus of the Package.

3.3. If the event is canceled entirely, we will endeavor to obtain refunds from the event organizers, which will be passed on to the Customer. Refunds for hotel accommodations will be subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

4. Customer Cancellations and Refund.

4.1. Customer-initiated cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Full or partial refunds will only be provided if the cancellation occurs within the specified timeframe and conditions outlined at the time of booking.

4.2. No refunds will be issued for changes to the event lineup or the withdrawal of specific athletes, artists, or performers, provided the event itself is still taking place.

5. Hotel Accommodations

5.1. Hotel accommodations are included as part of the Package. Specific hotel details will be provided upon confirmation of booking.

5.2. Hotel policies, including check-in/check-out times and cancellation terms, apply. Any disputes or issues with hotel accommodations must be addressed directly with the hotel.

6. Flights and Transport

6.1. Flights and other transport arrangements are not included in the Package and must be arranged separately by the Customer.

6.2. We are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or issues related to travel arrangements made independently by the Customer.

7. Travel Insurance

7.1. We strongly recommend that all Customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and other potential risks.

8. Liability

8.1. Our liability is limited to the value of the Package purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to, travel costs, loss of enjoyment, or disappointment.

8.2. We are not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations made by the event organizers or other third parties.

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1. Any complaints regarding the Package must be raised with us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address and resolve the issue.

9.2. In the event of a dispute, these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

10. Amendments

10.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
